evolve was originally conceived and founded by Lua Leggett in 2005 whilst working on projects for clients who were keen to improve performance through the provision of better employee reward and recognition and improved workforce practices.
In 2007 evolve was launched as a practice and in July 2009 became an independent Limited Company: Evolve Associates Limited, working on a closely linked assoicateship basis allowing the business to provide specialist services of the highest calibre whilst at the same time tightly managing costs enabling fee levels to be controlled. The result is a dynamic, energised group of individuals and partnership businesses that cover the whole array of services that a client is ever likely to need in the context of Employee Reward, Performance and Talent Development, Organisation Strategy and Employer Branding.
We believe that this approach may be seen as innovative and creative today, but it lays the marker down for how corporate businesses will engage with consulting support and services in the future.
The combination of bespoke design, targeted specialisms and leading academic research with clear project management, measurable business objectives and result oriented methodology provides a high level of consistency, continuity and stability to a project, whilst at the same time drawing on creative, intuitive and intelligent solutions. However, by deploying expertise only as required we are able to significantly manage the cost factor for the client - a much appreciated factor if feedback from our clients is to be believed!
