...UP FRONT CONTRACT

We are happy to come and spend an hour or even a morning with you having a general discussion around what you want to achieve. Our expertise and experience is such that we can usually quickly recognise where we can genuinely add value and where we cannot. Our up front contract means quite simply that if, at the end of this initial consultation, you and we do not find this added value then you are free to say - up front - NO THANK YOU.

We promise to walk away from that meeting and, unless you request the contrary, we will not contact you again for at least 12 months*. We believe that this relaxes everyone at the first meeting to focus on what is being discussed and the end goals, rather than worrying that you will be ‘pestered’ forever more by a pushy salesperson.

If we can both see where the value can be found in working on a project whether it be a small discrete piece of work or up to a full turnkey project operation, then we will spend the last fifteen minutes of our time with you mapping out what you can achieve. This will involve budgets, timescales and understanding who the key stakeholders and decision makers are.

The final part of our contract is that we promise to act with integrity, honesty, discretion and full confidentiality and we would ask you to respect the intellectual capital that we will share with you in the same way. We believe this gives us the foundation for a professional and trusting alliance which we would hope will turn into a long term supportive relationship.
